New Zealand Zero Waste Conference Release Date: 2005-04-05 Murray Cruickshank presented a paper entitled 'EcoCover - Redesigning waste for a tangible benefit' at the 2005 National conference. The Conference was attended by a large number of Local Authority / Council delegates, international guests, Parliamentary representation and Ministry for the Environment staff.It is widely acknowledged that New Zealand is leading the world in Zero Waste with more than 50% of the country's Local Authorities signed up to the objective. EcoCover represents Zero Waste in every sense of the word and Murray's presentation was very well received and a number of speaking invitations resulted.
